Springtime Dinner Menu
Spring has sprung and it's time to dust off those fresh recipes filled with herbs and spices! Try these tasty recipes for your next dinner!
Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
-bunch of fresh dill
-fresh salmon filet
-cedar grill planks
-juice from one lemon
-pinch of salt
Directions:
Place the cedar planks in a dish and cover with water. Soak for 5 hours before placing on the grill. Place fresh dill bunch evenly over the soaked plank. Place the fresh salmon on top of the dill. Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Place the plank on the grill on medium heat. Cover and grill for about 10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily. Remove the salmon from the plank and dill. Serve warm!
Spinach Mushroom Salad
Ingredients:
-fresh spinach
-fresh while mushrooms sliced
-red onion sliced
-crumbled blue cheese
-balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Directions:
Place cleaned spinach in a large salad bowl. Mix in sliced mushrooms and onion. Sprinkle with blue cheese and dressing. Mix and serve!
