Try This Meal Plan For 5 days
How's that new diet plan going? Chances are, you have already fallen off the wagon, and you're back to your old eating habits. I have always found that one of the hardest parts about eating right, is planning for it. Therefore, I try to eat similar things all week to help keep me on track. Try this simple healtly meal plan for 5 days to help jump start healthy habits.
Breakfast:
1-2 cups of plain greek yogurt with a teaspoon of pure maples syrup
plain black coffee
Lunch:
1 cup of madras lentils over 1 cup of brown wild rice
add a few drops of green chile sauce to give it some kick!
water to drink
OR
1 large apple cut in slices topped with natural creamy peanut butter
water to drink
Dinner:
baked salmon with dill (sprinkle salmon with dill, bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes)
1/2 a plate of sauteed brussel sprouts (use 1 tablespoon of avocado oil to cook)
water to drink
OR
baked cod with cumin and chili powder (sprinkle spices on cod, bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes)
1/2 a plate of sauteed fresh spinach (cook with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped garlic)
